Every company must have an official registered office address where important documents can be served such as court papers, letters from HMRC and Companies House. This is a UK legal requirement.

The registered office does not have to be the company’s trading address or place of business.

We can offer a registered office facility for all your business correspondence. All correspondence is treated confidentially and is promptly forwarded to you, where necessary.

Directors’ service address
All companies are legally obliged to register two addresses for each director. This is the director’s usual residential address which is kept confidential and a service address which is available to the public.

Directors of existing companies can choose and register a service address to replace their residential address on the public record. We can offer directors and company secretaries an alternative address for this purpose.

Single Alternative Inspection Location (SAIL)
Companies must keep their statutory registers at either their registered office or at a single alternative inspection location based in England or Wales.
