Where a property is divided into units (ie flats/communal areas) a company is often set up to own the freehold of the property and to maintain, through a service charge, the common parts of the development such as gardens, corridors, effect repairs, etc.

We offer three services in respect of such companies namely formation, management and handover, the latter of which can occasionally prove very difficult. Having worked with numerous property developers we have become a specialist in this area and have effective systems in place to ensure a smooth handover.
