We will discuss your business proposal whilst acting as a mentor during the initial stages of set-up and going forward. We are at the end of a telephone and/or can meet you in person to ensure all your requirements are met.

This includes:- initial business and accountancy advice, company formation, certificate of incorporation, completed statutory registers, three copies of the Articles, first board minutes, share certificates, change in accounting reference date, bank account set-up, VAT registration, mentoring service and advice relating to your business plan and objectives.

On-line ordering - £150 (ex disbursements of £35). Alternatively you may order a company formation for £60 which does not include all of the above only the certificate of incorporation and the Articles.

You can order a private company limited by shares on-line for which we will require detailed information. For all other company formations, such as guarantee companies, social enterprise formations and so-on please contact us directly so that we can discuss your requirements further.
